blend 200 g almonds/walnuts/hazelnuts + 100 g sunflower seeds + 150 g coconut shreds + pinch of salt + vanilla sugar

blend 300 g dates + 100 g raisins + 0,5 dl oil + 0,5 dl water

mix the two

roll in cocoa powder
