I’ve been running regularly 5kms 3 times a week and feel I need to improve, especially that my newly acquired pulse watch (köszönöm szépen, Kincsem!) has been giving me the same feedback for quite some time now – I found this training programme on iform.dk that builds up from 5 to 10kms in 12 weeks’ time. My knee injury is almost gone now, so I feel ready. Moment of truth: September 2nd, Intersport Odense City Run.
